Yuri Ratkin

Yuri Ratkin has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Yuri started their career in 1997 at Nestlé, where they worked as a Regional director and later as the Head of Retail department. In 2010, they joined EAST WEST Group as the CEO, where they played a crucial role in the strategic and operational management of the company. Yuri was responsible for the formation of the commercial policy, optimization of the company structure, cost management, and the development and implementation of annual plans and budgets. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant growth in sales, distribution, and profitability. In 2013, Yuri Ratkin became the Commercial director at ALIDI Group.
