Gary Topp

Gary Topp serves as the European Commercial Director at AliExpress, overseeing commercial operations in the European region since May 2017. Previously, Topp held roles such as Head of Global Payment Partnerships and General Manager for Central & Eastern Europe, where leadership of a multi-disciplinary, multi-national team was key, encompassing areas like PR, marketing, and logistics. Topp's prior experience includes positions at Alibaba Group, Ant Group, EBRD as an MBA intern in Direct Equity, and Moody's Investors Service in Corporate Finance specializing in US Retail & E-Commerce, as well as Structured Finance. Topp holds an MBA in Economics, Finance, and Statistics/Analytics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science with Honours from The University of Manchester.
