Alexander Dixon serves as the Head of Technology at Alight Media since February 2023, where responsibilities include developing and executing the organization's technology vision in alignment with business objectives. Appointed to the Leadership team in December 2024, Alexander is also a Royal Naval Reservist and received the Individual Ratings Trophy (HMS President) for Training Year 2024-2025, with additional qualifications in AB General Warfare obtained in December 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Head of IT at Pollard Thomas Edwards, Senior IT Analyst at JWG Group Ltd, IT Lead at Truebyte, and roles as Support Analyst at MICROS Systems Inc and Plymouth University. Alexander holds a degree in Computing, Computer Science from the University of the West of England, completed in 2013, and has a foundational education from Blundell's School from 2004 to 2008.
