Brian Schmaltz

Brian Schmaltz has extensive work experience in the field of contract management and outsourcing delivery. Brian has held various senior positions in renowned companies such as Alight Solutions, Aon, and Hewitt Associates. At Alight Solutions, they currently hold the position of Vice President - Commercial and Contract Management. Prior to that, they worked at Aon as a Senior Director, focusing on HR BPO contracting. Brian'slongest tenure was at Hewitt Associates, where they held the roles of Senior Director in outsourcing delivery and Project Manager / Analyst. Brian joined Hewitt Associates in 1994 and worked there until 2012.

Brian Schmaltz attended North Dakota State University from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Management Information Systems. In 2022, they also obtained a certification in "Alight: Leading to Transform" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
