Chris Lumber

Chris Lumber is an experienced operations leader specializing in communication solutions, currently serving at Alight Solutions since April 2024. Previously, Chris held the position of Manager at Grant Thornton LLP (US) from October 2021 to November 2023, where leadership of the annual State of Work in America survey resulted in outcomes referenced in over 55 articles.
