Christi Pardaen Engineering Leader

Christi Pardaen is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technical product management and software development. Currently serving as Technology Manager and IT Domain Lead at Alight Solutions since December 2023, Christi previously held the role of Lead Digital Technical Product Manager at USAA from 2020 to 2023, focusing on product strategies across engineering teams.
