Claudia Taber

Claudia Taber has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Claudia currently holds the position of Vice President of Medicare Customer Experience & Compliance | Retiree Solutions at Alight Solutions, a role they started in October 2021. Prior to this, Claudia worked at Aon from 2016 to 2021, where they held various roles including Member Services and Compliance Operations Leader, Director of Client and Carrier Engagement at Aon OneSource, and Director of New Market Delivery. Before joining Aon, Claudia worked at OPTUM as a Director of Client Management from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they had roles at Connextions, including Director of Client Services from 2013 to 2015 and Operations Manager from 2004 to 2013.

Claudia Taber attended Dr. Phillips High School and later enrolled in Valencia College. At Valencia College, they obtained a Technical Certificate in Business Specialist. In addition to their formal education, Claudia received certifications such as "Alight: Leading to Transform" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2022 and "Insurance Agent, Health, Life & Variable Annuities" from the Florida Department of Insurance in 2005.
