David Barclay

David Barclay has an extensive background in software engineering and technology management, with experience spanning multiple leadership roles since 2011. Most recently, David served as Director of Software Engineering for Leave Solutions at Alight Solutions, overseeing the architecture and quality assurance of enterprise SaaS platforms. Previously, David held similar positions at Guardian Life and ReedGroup, where responsibilities included leading technology teams and managing software development efforts. David's career also includes significant roles at Truven Health Analytics, DaVita, and Thomson Reuters, focusing on agile development and custom software solutions. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed Scrum Master Training at Rally Agile Academy.
