Dinesh Tulsiani

Dinesh Tulsiani is the current Chief Strategy Officer at Alight Solutions. Dinesh has over 18 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, and M&A.

Tulsiani began their career at Ernst & Young LLP in 1999 as a Senior Manager. Dinesh then moved to IHS, Inc. in 2005 as the Senior Director of Corporate Development. In 2007, they joined Hewitt Associates as the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy. Dinesh held this position until 2011 when they transitioned to Aon as the SVP Corporate Development & Strategy for the HR Solutions Segment. Dinesh remained with Aon until August of 2017 when they took their current role at Alight Solutions.

Throughout their career, Tulsiani has demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies, leading complex M&A transactions, and integrating acquisitions. Dinesh's experience will be invaluable as they take on the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Alight Solutions.

Dinesh Tulsiani has earned an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a BBA in Finance & Economics from Delhi University. Dinesh also holds a degree from Birla Vidya Niketan.

They work with Paulette Dodson - General Counsel, Greg Goff - CTO, and Cathinka Wahlstrom - Chief Commercial Officer. Their manager is Stephan Scholl, CEO.
