James Gleason

James Gleason, MBA, D.L.S., currently serves as Regional Director at Alight Solutions since July 2024. Prior to this role, James held the position of Vice President at Medici from October 2023 to June 2024, contributing to advancements in healthcare delivery through an integrated care model. James has extensive experience in enterprise sales, having served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Quantum Health from March 2018 to September 2023, and as Vice President of National Accounts at Summus Global from June 2017 to March 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at Lockton Dunning Benefits from February 2010 to May 2017 and as Senior Strategic Account Executive at UnitedHealth Group from 2002 to 2010. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Bates College, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Southern Methodist University.
