Jenny Hemberg

Jenny Hemberg serves as the Engagement Services Communication Director at Alight Solutions since August 2025. Previously, Jenny held roles at Mercer as a Principal and Senior Associate from January 2017 to July 2025, and at Aon Hewitt as a Consultant from July 2010 to December 2016. Beginning a career in public relations, Jenny contributed to a campaign for the Dan Beard Council of Scouting while working with peers at Miami University. Other earlier experiences include positions as an Account Member at Dan Beard Council, Luxembourg Office Assistant at Miami University, Public Relations Vice President at Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, and Marketing Communication Intern at Netcordia, Inc. Jenny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from Miami University.
