Julian Reyes

Julian Reyes is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer care, business operations, and sales management. Currently serving as a Customer Care Team Manager at Alight Solutions since July 2020, Julian focuses on ensuring compliance with CS/HR policies and enhancing performance management for the customer care team. As a Co-Owner and Creator of Casita Guavate, a cultural destination in Puerto Rico, Julian emphasizes community engagement and cultural experiences. Previous roles include Co-Owner at Waves Chill Bar, General Manager at My Wireless, and multiple positions at T-Mobile and ASICS America, demonstrating a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals and developing teams. Julian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
