Justin Strauts

Justin Strauts currently serves as a Solutions Architect at Strada since July 2024 and has held the position of HR and Financial Solutions Architect at Alight Solutions since May 2017, focusing on developing cloud solutions for Workday clients. Justin's extensive experience in cloud services began at Aon Hewitt, where various roles included Cloud Services Workday Solution Architect, Cloud Services Workday Solutions Consultant, and HR BPO Workday Solution Analyst, among others. These positions involved optimizing HR operational effectiveness and supporting proposal development for Fortune 500 clients. Justin also has a background in political science, holding a B.A. from Iowa State University, and early career experience as an intern at the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies.
