Karen Nicosia

Karen Nicosia is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in strategic account management and customer success across various technology sectors. Currently serving as VP Sales Executive for Strategic Accounts at Alight Solutions, Karen leads initiatives within a cloud-based human capital technology firm that supports 36 million users. Previous roles include Key Account Director at Rasa and Hitachi Vantara, as well as Sales Director at OmniSci. Karen also has a significant tenure at Oracle, where accolades included the prestigious President’s Cup Award and recognition as the top global sales professional in 2015. Additional experiences encompass leadership positions at eMeter Corporation, CA Technologies, BMC Software, and as President of IQ Properties, LLC. Karen holds a BS in Systems Analysis from Miami University.
