Kim Gastle

Kim Gastle currently serves as the EVP of Revenue Growth & Experience at Alight Solutions, a global provider of human resources solutions since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kim held multiple leadership positions at Ceridian from December 2019 to November 2023, including Global Head of Customer and Partner Experience, Global Head of Revenue Strategy and Execution, and Global Head of Sales Ecosystem & Operations, focusing on sales performance and partner relations. Earlier experience includes various roles at SAP from 2003 to 2019, including Vice President of Sales, as well as positions at DataMirror and Ricoh Canada. Kim specializes in the development of sales executives, cultivating C-level relationships, and revenue forecasting to optimize pipeline and meet targets.
