Laine Thomas Conway

Laine Thomas Conway has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career at HealthOne as a Program Coordinator for the HealthONE Foundation from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they joined Tulane University as an Assistant Director for Annual Giving and Alumni Relations from 1996 to 2000. Conway then moved on to work at Towers Perrin as a Consultant from 2000 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Aon Hewitt as a Local Communication Practice Leader and later became a Partner for Rewards Communication Thought Leadership, a role they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, Conway worked at Alight Solutions, where they held various leadership positions including Partner, Talent Best Practice Leader, Vice President of Consumer HCM and Talent Solutions, Vice President of Communication Solutions Professional Services, and Product Manager and Vice President of Alight Total Rewards. Currently, they hold the role of VP, Communication Strategy Thought Leader at Alight Solutions.

Laine Thomas Conway completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics at Wake Forest University from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 1997 to 2000, Conway pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management at Tulane University.
