Melanie Bucher is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance employee engagement and drive behavior change. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Alight Solutions since June 2014, Melanie specializes in health care, well-being, and retirement communication strategies, with a focus on digital solutions. Prior to this role, Melanie was a Senior Communications Specialist at RELX Group, where responsibilities included managing benefits communication workstreams and launching strategic campaigns to align with business objectives. Melanie's early career included serving as Assistant Manager for Student Initiatives and Communications at the Ohio Society of CPAs, managing programs to promote the CPA career path. Melanie holds a BA in Public Affairs Journalism from The Ohio State University and studied at Ohio University.
