Pat Quenan has extensive work experience in the field of customer care, global customer service, and operations services. They served as the EVP of Customer Care at Alight Solutions since 1990. From 2013 to 2017, Pat worked as the Global Customer Service Leader at Aon. They also held the position of Defined Benefit Domain Leader at Hewitt Associates from 2009 to 2017. Prior to that, Pat worked as the Global Ops. Services Leader at Hewitt Associates from 1990 to 2006.
Pat Quenan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 1986 to 1990.
