Ron Wessel

Ron Wessel is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Alight Solutions since January 2023, Ron previously held the position of Legal Director at Employ, Inc. from January to December 2022. Ron's extensive tenure includes roles as General Counsel at IQNavigator + Beeline from 2008 to 2018 and General Counsel at New Global Telecom from 1998 to 2006, where responsibilities encompassed transaction structuring, contract negotiation, and employee relations.
