Russell Beaver

Russell Beaver is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Product Design Lead for the Alight Worklife™ Design System at Alight Solutions since October 2020. In this role, Russell shapes foundational systems to foster clarity, scalability, and alignment among product, design, and engineering teams. With extensive freelance experience as an art director and designer across various companies, including Aisle Rocket, closerlook, inc., and FCB Global, Russell has contributed to notable brands such as Miller and Discover Card. Russell Beaver holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Kendall College of Art and Design and has also maintained a personal design practice since 2005.
