Sean Mathews

Sean Mathews is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Commercial Finance & Strategy at Alight Solutions, a position held since June 2017. Throughout the tenure at Alight Solutions, Sean has made significant contributions, including the development of a Long Range Plan model for a $2.5 billion firm and driving key deliverables for financial reporting and forecasting. Prior to Alight, Sean participated in the Finance Leadership Program at Aon, where roles included financial analysis and management of P&L for significant business segments, along with consolidating results for major corporate entities. Sean began the career at DuPont as a Financial Analyst Intern, focusing on financial reporting tools and efficiency improvements. Educationally, Sean holds a B.S. in Business with a major in Finance and a minor in Spanish from Miami University.
