Steve Bryant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and leadership. Currently serving as a Sr. Client Manager at Alight Solutions since June 2011, Steve leads a team of 300-400 colleagues, focusing on strategic planning, client relationship development, and team mentoring. In addition, Steve holds the position of Chairman on the Elder Board at Kenosha Bible Church, overseeing policy management and strategic planning since January 2023, following a prior term that included a one-year break in compliance with church policy. Steve’s earlier experience includes working as a Client Manager at Aon Hewitt, where account leadership and financial management were key responsibilities, as well as various roles at Kemper, starting as a Mail Clerk and progressing to a Contract Wording Specialist.
