Zac Ballard

Vice President, Retirement Sales Executive at Alight Solutions

Zac Ballard has extensive work experience in the retirement services industry. Zac started their career at Aon Hewitt in 2000, where they held various roles focused on retirement sales and advisory services. Zac was responsible for selling Aon Hewitt's retirement services to sponsors and clients, as well as leading contract negotiations and creating business cases to support proposals. Zac also has deep subject matter knowledge in defined contribution and has supported large market sales executives in crafting solutions. Zac has spoken at conferences and conducted client seminars on retirement readiness. In 2016, Zac joined Alight Solutions as a Vice President, overseeing retirement sales in the south region. Zac is responsible for selling Alight's retirement services, creating business cases, leading contract negotiations, and responding to requests for proposals.

Zac Ballard attended the UCF College of Business from 1996 to 2000 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems. Zac also holds certifications in Series 63, Series 65, and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
