Kait Dougherty

Kait Dougherty is currently the Operations Manager, Marketing & Engagement at Alight (formerly American Refugee Committee) providing project management and administrative support during organizational transition and emergency response. Previously, Kait worked as a Project Manager at Via Collective leading design projects and as Chief of Staff [Consulting] at YouMap, Inc. supporting change management strategy. With a background in operations and management from Industrious and HR & Administration coordination at Alight, Kait also has experience in marketing and international education from roles at Learning Abroad Center and International Institute of Minnesota. Kait holds an M.B.A. in Supply Chain/Operations and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota.
