Bruce Walk

Bruce Walk is a seasoned professional in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, business development, and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of M&A Services at Align Business Advisory Services since September 2018, Bruce facilitates a wide range of liquidity transactions, including IPOs and strategic mergers. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Management Consulting, where Bruce focused on strategic planning and acquisitions, and as Group Manager of Global Business Development at DePuy Synthes Spine, where Bruce successfully identified and pursued strategic opportunities. Bruce holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning from The Wharton School and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
