ALIGN DESIGN GROUP
Shane Hood currently serves as Principal and Director of Design at ALIGN DESIGN GROUP since December 2024. In addition to this role, Shane serves as a Board Member for the Goff Center for the Continuous Presence since May 2020 and holds commissioner positions with both the Tulsa Preservation Commission and Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission since March 2023. Prior to ALIGN DESIGN GROUP, Shane worked as Director of Design and Marketing at W Design from June 2012 to December 2024 and contributed as an Associate during that time. Shane's commitment to community service is evident through tenure as a Board Trustee for the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture from May 2006 to December 2024. Educationally, Shane obtained a Bachelor of Architecture with a focus on Architecture and Graphic Design from Drury University, completing studies from August 1996 to May 2002. Early education was completed at Nixa High School from 1991 to 1995.
