Ryan Pahler is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Align ENT + Allergy since May 2025, Ryan previously held the same title at Unity MSK from May 2022 to March 2025 and at American Orthopedic Partners, LLC from August 2020 to April 2022.
