Mette Fly

Mette Irene Mulvad Fly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, management, and education. Currently serving as Direktør & Salgschef Europa at Align Footwear since August 2013, Mette has also held significant leadership roles such as Bestyrelsesformand and Direktionssekretær at Midtjysk El Center A/S from July 2013 to August 2022. Previous experience includes various positions at Vestas Wind Systems A/S from June 2008 to February 2012, including roles in finance, operations, and business transformation. Mette’s earlier career included a position as Team Leader in Sales Scandinavia at Actona Company A/S and multiple roles at Vestas Wind Systems, as well as teaching English and French at Struer Erhvervsskole.
