Paige Dickman

Paige Dickman first joined Align as an intern in 2021 and is now an Associate on the Client Advisory team. Paige graduated summa cum laude from Colorado Mesa University (CMU) with a dual concentration in Economics and Finance. Her interests in personal finance and investing led her to join CMU's Student Investment Advisory Committee; where students could learn to manage a real portfolio funded by the Board of Trustees. As the only female member, Paige found a unique place to exercise her voice. She quickly rose to lead the Committee and created a space where all students felt welcome regardless of knowledge level, degree, or gender. As Chair of the Committee, Paige led an annual presentation to the Board of Trustees, where Ron Davis identified Paige's passion and natural leadership. This connection eventually led to her internship at Align and the rest, as they say, is history. On her journey to Align, Paige also spent time in video production, and large-scale event management and even started her own business in her hometown, Parker, CO. These experiences were all driven by her love for film and technical experience in video editing. Paige loves to try new things and her interest in stretching her knowledge and breaking barriers continues to inspire her work and personal growth.
