Charlotte Neighbors

Charlotte Neighbors, BSDH, RDH, is a seasoned dental professional with extensive experience in dental hygiene and sales program management. Currently serving as a Senior Supervisor in the Onboarding Program for Align Technology since November 2020, Charlotte has progressed through various roles within the company, including Supervisor and Onboarding Specialist. Prior experience includes positions as a Dental Hygienist at Mark Helms, DDS, and Dr. Ashley Mann Cosmetic Dentistry, among others. Charlotte's career began as a Dental Assistant at Merce Dental, followed by a Certified Nursing Assistant role at Cross Roads Retirement Community. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Wichita State University and multiple degrees from Guilford Technical Community College, including an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene.
