Grzegorz Buko

Grzegorz Buko is an experienced professional in the fields of sales and account management, currently serving as Key Account Manager DSO Poland at Align Technology since April 2025, focusing on driving sales strategies within dental service organizations in Poland. Prior to this role, Grzegorz spent nearly two decades at Roche, where notable positions included Ophthalmology Squad Product Owner, Head of KAM / Commercial Manager, and Sales Manager. Achievements at Roche included leading a cross-functional team to successfully launch the company's first ophthalmology product and significantly increasing market share for key therapies despite competitive pressures. Grzegorz began their career at Novo Nordisk and ratiopharm, demonstrating a solid background in developing trade strategies and managing sales teams.
