Jennifer Olson

Jennifer Olson is Senior Vice President, Customer Success, responsible for creating and executing global programs that deliver a superior customer experience. Previously, Ms. Olson-Wilk lead the company’s doctor-directed, consumer channel programs aimed at connecting interested consumers with Invisalign providers for treatment through convenient retail environments. She joined the company in 2002 and held multiple roles in sales, marketing and business development until her appointment to Vice President and Managing Director, Doctor-Directed Consumer Channel in August 2016. Prior to joining Align Technology, Ms. Olson-Wilk was with technology companies such as Extreme Networks and PWI Technologies. She received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
