Katia Souza serves as the Business Operation Director for America Latina e Caribe at Align Technology since January 2021. Prior to this role, Katia held various positions at Sanofi from March 2014 to January 2021, including Supply Chain Director and Customer Services Head. Katia's earlier experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble from 2005 to March 2014, where responsibilities spanned Supply Network Operations Manager for both the Fabric Care and Oral Care and Beauty Customization Plants, as well as Customer Logistic Manager and Trade Marketing Manager. Katia holds a Master's degree in Logistics Engineering Systems Science from Escola Politécnica da USP (2009-2010), an MBA in Retail from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração (1998-1999), and a degree in Math and Computer Science from UERJ (1989-1995).
