Rafael Shahoyan

Rafael Shahoyan is a Senior Software Engineer with a diverse background in software development, specializing in C++, Python, and machine learning. Rafael currently works at Align Technology and has previously held senior engineering positions at companies such as SmartCow and PicsArt Inc., focusing on AIoT platforms and image/video editing technologies, respectively. With experience at Siemens EDA, Rafael contributed to IC parasitic netlist extraction solutions and worked on custom design applications at Synopsys Inc. Additionally, Rafael served as a lecturer at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in computer science. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia and a Bachelor's Degree in EDA, Computer Science from the State Engineering University of Armenia.
