Tom Hilgeman is currently a Partner at Aligned, focusing on improving organizations' commercial negotiation abilities. Prior to this, Tom worked as an Associate Partner at The Gap Partnership, where Tom developed negotiation solutions and strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Before that, Tom held various roles in business development and pricing at Save A Lot and Mondelēz International, respectively. Tom's experience also includes strategic planning at Anheuser-Busch InBev and brand management at Spectrum Brands. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
