Karthik Ranganathan

Karthik Ranganathan serves as the VP & Head of Sales Engineering and Solutions at Aligned Automation since May 2023. Previously, Karthik held various leadership roles at Dell EMC from February 2008 to May 2022, culminating in the position of Sr. Director, Global Customer Service Transformation, where responsibilities included leading a multi-layered organization to drive process modernization and digitalization of customer service. Karthik's experience spans significant contributions to process engineering, operations management, and strategic planning, supported by a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University. Early career experiences include internships at Tata Motors and Thermax Ltd., focusing on design and Lean transformation initiatives.
