Bryan Tubaugh

Bryan Tubaugh is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the industry. As the Founder of Aligned Hospitality Management since August 2021, Tubaugh has previously held key leadership roles including Executive Vice President at Focus Hospitality Management, Director of Sales at El Conquistador Tucson- A Hilton Resort, and Director of Group Sales at Hilton El Conquistador. Other notable positions include Senior Sales Manager at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Southwest Sales Manager at The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa Scottsdale, and Midwest and HelmsBriscoe Market Sales Manager at Westin La Paloma. Tubaugh began a career in sales management at aloft Tempe and continued to develop expertise at Four Points by Sheraton Tucson. Education was attained at Northern Arizona University from 2004 to 2006.
