Deborah Lahti

Deborah Lahti currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Aligned Hospitality Management, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Deborah was the Director of Hotel & Resort Sales at Visit Phoenix from October 2019 to February 2024 and has held various sales leadership roles, including Corporate Director of Sales at Heavlin Management Company, LLC, and Director of Sales in Alaska for two properties. Deborah's extensive experience in hotel sales includes positions at Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, Westin La Paloma, Westward Look Resort, and multiple Sheraton properties. Deborah Lahti holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, along with minors in Marketing and Business Administration from New Mexico State University.
