Rachael Vyner

Rachael Vyner is an experienced professional in customer and member experience, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Aligned Leisure since July 2018, having previously held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Member Experience, Head of Fitness and Community Engagement, and Head of Fitness. Rachael gained additional experience as an Account Executive at Seven Network from August 2022 to January 2023, and as a Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Membership Officer at YMCA Victoria from August 2016 to June 2018. Rachael holds a Certificate IV in Nursing and a Certificate IV in Fitness from Wodonga TAFE, completed between January 2004 and July 2006.
