Rachael Vyner is an experienced professional in customer and member experience, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Aligned Leisure since July 2018, having previously held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Member Experience, Head of Fitness and Community Engagement, and Head of Fitness.
