Joy Freedman (Krassek)

Joy Freedman (Krassek) has worked in the field of Human Resources for over 18 years. Joy began their career in 2000 as a Human Resources/Staffing Manager for Ketchum/Corporate Technology Communications. In 2002, they became a Regional Training Manager for Bloomingdale's before moving to Wood, Phillips, Katz, Clark & Mortimer in 2004 as an Office Administrator. In 2005, they joined Deloitte as a Human Resources Manager. In 2006, they began working for Talent Partners as a Human Resources Manager - Regional Operations. In 2012, they founded HR Best Practices With Joy, where they served as a Human Resources Consultant. In 2017, they joined Aligned Modern Health as the Director of Recruiting and Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Joy Freedman (Krassek) received their Bachelor of Science in Public Communication from American University in 1996. Joy then went on to earn their Master of Science in Human Resources/Training and Development from Loyola University Chicago in 2000.
