Nicole Kress

Nicole Kress has over 15 years of experience in the operations and management field. Nicole began their career in 2004 as the Recruiting Director at XSport Fitness. In 2005, they moved to Praise International North America, Inc. as the Senior Operations Manager/Gloria Jean's Coffees & It's A Grind Coffee House. From 2011 to 2018, they served as the Director of Operations, Growth Leader - Company Operations Leader, and Senior Franchise Operations Leader at Taco Bell. Most recently, Nicole has been the Executive Vice President of Operations at Aligned Modern Health since 2018, where they are a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the operational and financial performance of 18 offices.

Nicole Kress is currently enrolled at Elmhurst University.
