Rick Nightingale

Director, Managed Services at MTS

Rick Nightingale has had a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. In 1987, they began their career in the United States Navy as an Electricians Mate 2nd Class, where they completed various training programs and was involved in on-scene leadership and overseas deployments. After leaving the navy in 1991, they joined North Star Communication as an Installation Manager, where they implemented standardized procedures and developed inventory and ordering systems. In 1992, Rick transitioned to Intelliverse as a Director, responsible for network design, facilities support, and managing a large budget. Rick then moved to Voice-Tel as a Manager of Field Operations, where they successfully centralized locations and reduced costs. Rick later joined Voicecom as a Director of Network Design and Logistics, where they oversaw the consolidation of remote voicemail locations and led the relocation of equipment and customers to new data centers. Following Voicecom's sale, they were tasked with building out a new office for Gores Technology Group. In 2008, Rick joined AnchorPoint as a Project Manager, and subsequently joined Mer Telemanagement Solutions (MTS) in the same role. Throughout their career, Rick's responsibilities have included project management, personnel coordination, budgeting, negotiating contracts, and improving operational efficiency.

Rick Nightingale attended Azusa High from 1984 to 1987, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Rick then attended the US Naval Electricians School from 1987 to 1988, studying Basic Electricity.
