Steven Heffner has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Steven began their career in 1997 as a Chiropractor/Diplomate in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and a Chiropractic Physician at UPMC. In 2001, they opened a private practice as a Chiropractic Physician. In 2006, they joined the McKenzie Institute International as a Faculty. In 2008, they became an Adjunct Faculty at the National University of Health Sciences. In 2017, they began working as an Adjunct Faculty at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Logan University, and Parker College of Chiropractic. In 2018, they became an Adjunct Faculty at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. In 2019, they joined Aligned Modern Health as the Director of Clinical Excellence and Clinical Director of Physical Medicine, and Adjunct Faculty at the University of Western States.
Steven Heffner completed a Bachelor of Science in Education at Mansfield State College in 1974. Steven then went on to obtain a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA. In 2005, they received a Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) from McKenzie Institute International in Raumati Beach, NZ. Steven also completed a course in Educational Administration at Pennsylvania State University.
