Janie Jaberg, RN, FACHE

Janie Jaberg, RN, FACHE has extensive experience in healthcare leadership and operations. Janie currently serves as the President of Aligned Providers, a physician services company that focuses on maximizing operational efficiency, patient care quality, provider fulfillment, and financial health.

Prior to their current role, Janie held various executive positions at Choice Decision, Inc., Wayne UNC HealthCare, Carolinas Healthcare System, Capella Healthcare, Inc., Tenet Healthcare, Triad/Community Health System, and Triad Hospitals Inc.

Throughout their career, Janie has been responsible for overseeing hospital operations, strategic planning, physician practice acquisitions, outpatient growth strategies, and managing building projects. Janie has also demonstrated their leadership capabilities by serving as the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer for several hospitals and healthcare systems.

Janie Jaberg, RN, FACHE has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Janie completed their Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration at Saint Joseph's College. Following this, they pursued a Diploma in Nursing at the Idabelle Firestone School of Nursing. Later on, Janie attended Central Michigan University to obtain their Master's degree in Health Care Administration and Business.
