Moez S.

Moez S. has an extensive work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Starting in 2005 at Poulina as a Software Developer, they gathered requirements, wrote functional and technical specifications, and developed various modules of the product. In 2007, Moez founded their own company, Novosys, where they served as an Entrepreneur/Software Developer. During this time, they developed custom solutions for local businesses and created a desktop/win32 GPS-enabled vehicle tracking solution.

In 2010, Moez joined Blunet Srl as a Software Engineer, where they developed custom modules for a web-based document management system targeting insurance companies. Moez also created Coded UI Tests for the web solution. From 2012 to 2013, Moez worked at Idigao as a Software Engineer, developing and maintaining complex applications, including a synchronization API and a web backend for administering questionnaires and collecting patient feedback.

Moez then joined Susanna Lea Associates in 2013 as a Software Engineer, where they migrated an in-house blogging platform to an ASP.NET website. In 2015, they moved to Desert Oasis Healthcare as a Business Systems Developer, designing and implementing an application to manage provider onboarding workflow.

In 2015, Moez joined Bluepoint Solutions as a Lead Software Developer, where they led a team of developers and designed and implemented a Web API to consolidate the company's services. Moez also provided training, code reviews, and pair programming sessions.

In 2016, Moez joined loanDepot as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of software in a mortgage lending environment. Lastly, since 2018, Moez has been working at Alignment Healthcare, initially as a Senior Software Engineer and advancing to roles such as Software Engineering Manager, Director of Software Engineering, AVP of Software Engineering, and currently serves as VP of Software Engineering.

Throughout their career, Moez has demonstrated a diverse range of skills in software engineering, team leadership, API development, and application design.

Moez S. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Moez then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from INSAT - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Moez S. has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In 2012 and 2013, they earned certifications such as MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MCTS: .NET Framework 4 in Data Access and Web Applications, MCPD: Web Developer 4, and MS in Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3.
