Aly Duzich

Aly Duzich has a diversified work experience in the healthcare industry. Aly started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern California, where they focused on researching trends and policies related to home modifications and falls prevention. Aly then moved on to work at the California Department of Aging as a Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) Care Planner, conducting assessments and developing care management plans for clients. Aly then joined SCAN Health Plan, where they served as a Geriatric Health Specialist, managing a caseload of members with multiple chronic conditions. Aly later became the Community Relations - Regional Manager at SCAN, overseeing community outreach initiatives and building strategic partnerships.

In 2011, Aly joined CareMore Health Plan as the Director of Clinical Operations, where they were responsible for the oversight and operations of multiple CareMore Care Centers. Aly was then promoted to Vice President positions, first managing the CareMore Touch (HMO I-SNP) health plan on the West and East coasts, and later taking on the role of Vice President, Clinical Operations & General Manager for Touch I-SNP, All Markets. In these positions, Aly was accountable for P&L management, growing market presence, and achieving cost savings.

Currently, Aly is working at Alignment Healthcare as the SVP, Clinical Operations & Population Health, where they bring their expertise in clinical operations and population health to the organization.

Aly Duzich holds a Master of Science degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California. Aly also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Gerontology from the same institution.
