James D.

James D. has a diverse work experience in the IT field, primarily in the healthcare industry. James started their career at PacifiCare Behavioral Health in 1991, where they worked as an Internal Consultant/App Development. James designed and implemented multi-platform programs for payment management systems and supported enterprise systems for care management. In 2005, they joined United Healthcare as the Director of Application Development for Care Management, where they oversaw integration projects and implemented business solutions. James then moved on to work at CareMore Health Plan as the Director of IT Financials & Compliance and later as Director of IT. Most recently, they worked at Alignment Healthcare as the Director of IT. In addition, James D. also has experience working as a Consultant, specializing in process in healthcare and Medicare file processing.

James D. attended Northville Elementary from 1968 to 1970. James then went on to Michigan City High School from 1976 to 1978, where they received their high school diploma. James later enrolled at California State University, Los Angeles from 1988 to 1991 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. James continued their education at the University of Phoenix, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Systems in Business from 2002 to 2004. James further pursued a Doctorate in Processes and Organizational Change, M&A at the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2008.
