Roger Kueny

Roger Kueny has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Roger started their career as a Private Equity Associate at Columbus Nova LLC and later worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Covert & Co. Roger then joined Houlihan Lokey as an Investment Banking Associate, specializing in restructuring. Roger then moved to SteriMed Medical Waste Solutions, where they served as the EVP of Strategy & Finance and COO. Afterward, Roger joined Optum as the Vice President of Corporate Development, leading physician practice acquisition in the California market. Currently, they are employed at Alignment Healthcare as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.

Roger Kueny completed their high school education at Boston Latin School from 1995 to 2001. Roger then pursued their undergraduate studies at Vassar College from 2001 to 2005, majoring in International Relations and Defense Policy with Departmental Honors in Political Science. Later, they attended UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Real Estate.
