Todd MacAluso

Todd Macaluso serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Alignment Health since June 2023. Prior to this role, Todd spent over 15 years at UnitedHealth Group, where positions included Vice President of Sales, managing Medicare health plan sales distribution and retention strategies for multiple states, and Sales Director, overseeing individual Medicare product sales in the Orange County market. Todd's career also includes experience as an Agent Manager, recruiting and training sales agents, as well as a Health and Life Insurance Specialist at Ramshaw Enterprises Inc. and Financial Advisor at MassMutual Financial Group. Todd began a professional journey at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager, focusing on operational management and customer service. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from San Diego State University.
