Heather Chalos

Heather Chalos possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within healthcare and organizational operations. Currently serving as Vice President and Vice President of National Initiatives at Alignment Nashville since 2018, Chalos previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Alignment USA from July 2016 to January 2018. Prior to this, Chalos contributed to Alignment Nashville as Chief Operating Officer and Associate Director from February 2012 to July 2016 and held various managerial roles at Centennial Pediatrics Foundation, Centennial Pediatrics, and Pediatric Specialists of Nashville. Chalos's career began as Practice Manager at Pediatric Hospitalists of Nashville. Educational credentials include attendance at Belmont University from 1990 to 1993.
